A hearing in the Hulk Hogan sex tape lawsuit against Gawker was held today in Pinellas County Court in St Petersburg, Florida presided by Judge Pamela Campbell. Much of the hearing centered around if the tape, which was filmed without Hogan’s permission, should be released to the public or remain sealed as well as the findings of the FBI investigation which are also sealed. The judge ruled that the tape should remain sealed and not released to the public and is accessible only to the attorneys of both sides.
Hogan showed up in court dressed up in all black and was smiling and checking his phone throughout the proceeding that started at 9AM. Another hearing is now set for October 28. You can see a video report on this story CBS 10 News here.
